Getting ready to negotiate?

When negotiating, at minimum, know your value!

 At various times in our work or entrepreneurial lives, we find ourselves sitting at the negotiation table. Whether it's a raise, an investment, an opportunity, when it's time to negotiate, sometimes we're not prepared.

So to avoid responding from a place of desperation or overvaluing the person or organization across the table from you, there are 3 things you should be sure of-

1.What you will NOT compromise on.

2. What you can be FLEXIBLE about. 

3.How you want to FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF at the end of the negotiation.
